With our experienced support workers, we provide a high standard of participant assistance and supervision for daily and personal tasks.
This includes but not limited to High Intensity Supports such as: Wound care, Catheter care, Tracheostomy management, Ventilation support, Subcutaneous injections, PEG and NG Tube feeding, Administering medications, etc.
Our experienced providers can assist with hygiene, personal care and domestic activities assistance to participants in their home such as: Showering, Toileting, Changing, etc.
This support aims to develop the participant’s daily life skills to help them uphold independence.
Through our assistance, our participant can thrive in their own home arrangements through assistance with their personal care in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and shared living arrangements.
This involves supervision or support with: Personal care; Personal hygiene, Showering and/or toileting, Dressing, Mobility, Appointment assistance and/or Short term accommodation.
